This is the simplest (in a good way) first aid course I've ever done. Thank you so much! It was so helpful to hear that we aren't medical professionals and aren't expected to be. That all we really have to do is call for help, not make it worse, and if possible do something to make it a bit better. It was also helpful to learn specifics, such as ways of making CPR physically easier to do. The course leader was interesting and engaging, and I really enjoyed the day. Thank you :)
