Excellent course, great instructor who had loads of experience and a vast knowledge. Also had a very friendly personality which put me at ease and made it comfortable to ask any questions and interact with him and others. The equipment was excellent too, and helped to give me confidence that in a real situation I would be able to do what was necessary as I had had practice on realistic equipment. The course didn't feel like 'a lesson', but was actually enjoyable and interesting. In addition I would like to thank Andy for all his work as a paramedic. To have done this job, seeing the things he has seen and having dealt with the situations he has is truly incredible.
