Kentdale First Aid Training Thank you for a very intensive, fact packed, practical course. The delivery was frst rate by an extremely knowledgeable paramedic (Andrew Dickinson) with huge expereince to draw upon in case examples; The resources were also better than any other course i have been on with 1 x resuscitation doll per person with high tech gadgets to monitor pace and technique. I have not come across that before and it gave feedback in real time which was very helpful. All round a first rate expereince. Thank you Kentdale First Aid.

Simon Clooney A helpful and practical one day First Aid course relevant to our working environment and the types of injuries we might encounter and how to deal with them. Simon pointed out to us that when administering First Aid we would be dealing with a patient, not just an injury and not to lose sight of that. I have attended many First Aid courses in the past and have never come across the AVPU scale for quickly assessing a patient’s level of consciousness before, which was great to learn about and practise. Simon had a down to earth approach, put us all at ease and gave first hand examples of dealing with First Aid situations we might come across. I would highly recommend.

Lakes First Aid I truly hope I will never face the more dramatic scenarios we discussed and explored. Actually nothing more than a (small) blister works fine for me. But we were given clearly presented relevant information with a specific focus and a practical element. We had information delivered with the weight of experience. Nothing was 'wrong': we explored how a decision could have been 'better' and - the Big Deal - why. I would still rather experience nothing more than a blister - but I was given the opportunity to develop the skill and the confidence to understand what to do in more significant situations.
