What our customers think of this course type:

I really enjoyed the day and I felt very supported by Ross. He had a lovely kind accepting manner. Without sounding offensive to the training system; I have attended many of these training session which are often not looked forward too. Yesterday however was the best first aid training day I have ever had. Well organised, brilliant pace, details and examples were given when ever asked. Most importantly Ross got information across to us without seeming superior or making us feel inferior. He had a great sense of humour which made me feel comfortable to ask questions even if I thought they sounded a little silly. Many, many thanks.

What our customers think of this course type:

The course was refreshingly simple. So much of the pedantry I've experienced previously was eliminated (though I have worked at various levels), and the bare bones of first-on-the-scene, keep-the-bugger-alive-until-help-comes was very refreshing. It was pitched at exactly the right level for purpose: First Aid. The trainer was deeply knowledgeable and experienced and clearly enjoyed input and questions from candidates. It's always good to be in the hands of an excellent outdoor professional plying their trade. Said as if I know anything, but there you go.
