The 8hr Sports First Aid courses are tailored to those that play, coach or work in sport, particularly those who have a duty of care to others in the sporting environment.
This practical training course cover a wide range of first aid emergencies in the sporting environment including how to assess & treat a casualty who is bleeding, unconscious or stopped breathing. We provide participants with the essential skills needed to confidently and safely hold the fort until emergency help arrives.
This course is suitable for those who have a duty of care to others in sport and will be ‘first on scene’ in the event of a sporting accident including appointed persons, players, leisure / gym instructors, personal trainers, parents & volunteers.

This 2-day Outdoor First Aid course is the national benchmark in outdoor first aid designed to be interactive and flexible to suit those working or participating inadventurous activities in remote UK environments.
The practical training course will develop participants’ confidence & skills for assessing & treating associated injuries & medical emergencies on water, rock & land necessary to stabilise a casualty until a rescue team arrive. The training draws strongly on outdoor scenarios to provide hands-on experience in assessing & treating a casualty outdoors.
The course is delivered over a minimum 16hrs & 2-days. It is suitable for awards such as Single Pitch Award, Mountain Leader Award, Mountain Instructor Award, Mountain Instructor Certificate, Guides, Local Cave & Mine Leader Award, Cave Instructor Certificate, Trail Cycle Leader Award, Mountain Bike Leader Award & Snowsport Instructors.
Our courses are approved and recognised by all UK Outdoor National Governing Bodies including, Mountain Training UK, British Orienteering, British Caving Association, British Cycling & British Association of Snowsport Instructors.

This 1-day Outdoor First Aid course is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts including mountaineers, hill walkers, climbers, canoeists, kayakers, cavers, mountain bikers & outdoor instructors / coaches requiring only an 8hr Outdoor First Aid Certificate.
