The many hours flew by with welcome changes in activities and in place - indoor/outdoor. I really welcomed the clear rule at the start of the course of no story telling. I have attended a few first aid courses over 30 years and i will say Ross was a very good, interesting trainer, understanding different ways of learning and great knowledge how to keep his students attention and interest. i really appreciated his rule of not sharing personal stories unless in break times. In the past i always felt that the course often got took over with that 1 person who was there to learn but though they had more experience than the tutor.

Thank you Ross, you made 7.5 hrs of learning joyful with a great atmosphere. i have left this course a lot more confident to deal with emergencies and also i am more aware of the different, not so common signs of illness.
