This is one of the best first aid courses I have participated in. Ross was knowledgeable, confident and interesting. It was great that anicdotes weren't allowed and this saved so much time! The different scenarios were interesting and made me think, things weren't always as they seemed. I never felt that this was meant to catch us out, I felt it was to make us think and keep us interested. I don't think I have ever left a first aid course feeling as confident as I did this time.

This course will have been my 12th or 13th re-qualification but my first using the blended option. I like it! Removes the pressure of having to find a course which matches potential free days. On-line section is flexable and easy to follow/complete.My instructor for the "classroom" day was highly experienced, very knowledgeable and quickly instilled confidence in and a rapport with our group.Good venue, a plentiful supply of equipment and nice mix of teaching styles. In short, one of the most enjoyable courses I've attended in many years.
