I found the day to go by smoothly, Ross was a great trainer who was very engaging and enthusiastic with content that could otherwise seem dull. I felt that I learned a lot of practical knowledge and any questions I had were answered very well.

I left the course feeling like I had gained a lot of job specific first aid skills, and feeling well equipped with the knowledge to deal with incidents should they arise in my job and also generally in life, so I'd say the day was very valuable to me.

Fantastic course, you could tell that Andy’s knowledge was real world based and not all theoretical like some other workplace first aid training. His training style is engaging and warm, with humour, he also tailored the course to the students and this meant a more engaged and enthusiastic learning experience.

I found my last First Aid Course, with another provider, very overwhelming with a lot of information and being talked at. This was completely different - it was broken down into simple modules, explained, demonstrated and then we took it in turns in pairs or groups of 3 to have a go. Small, additional skills were then added with the same teaching style. This really worked for me and I found it very easy to remember. Our trainer was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and you felt completely relaxed and confident on his course. I would recommend this provider to everyone!
